1 pack Butterball turkey breast tenderloins
2 TBSP paprika
3 tsp salt
2 TBSP garlic powder
Olive oil
Directions:
Combine seasonings in a bowl.
Dry tenderloins. Rub them with olive oil. Rub seasonings into each tenderloin, covering all sides until all seasonings mix is gone and both turkey pieces are completely covered.
Spray an iron skillet with oil and heat on medium high. Place both pieces of turkey in hot pan and sear all sides.
Preheat oven to 375 F
Spray a small glass pyrex baking dish with oil spray . I used a pie dish.
Bake uncovered about 35-40 minutes. When meat reaches 150 fegrees F, add about 1/4 cup water to bottom of the pan and bake until it reaches 160 degrees F (about 10-15 minutes more). Remove and let stand 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
Ovens vary. Check at 25 minutes to be sure they aren’t past 150 degrees F before adding water.
