“Fried” Ice Cream

Cornflake crumbs

whipped cream (buy or make your own!)

Maraschino cherries

honey

cinnamon

Using an ice cream scoop, scoop up a nice size ball of vanilla ice cream.

Roll ball of ice cream into corn flake crumbs.

drizzle honey all over it, sprinkle with cinnamon and decorate with whip cream and garnish with cherries.

Serve cold and NOM!
