Dish Kabobs

Do you love Shish kabobs but hate making them? Try Dish Kabobs!! I created this delicious invention one night when I wanted shish kabobs, but didn’t want to skewer all of the items. Save time and enjoy the delicious flavors of this delicious dish. This meal goes great with Steamed Asparagus w/ Butter Drizzle and Perfect Instant Pot Rice. #DishKabobs #SoNomNom4U

5 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 Red bell pepper, chopped

1 yellow bell pepper, chopped

1 orange bell pepper, chopped

1 green pepper, chopped

2 medium onions, chopped

4 cloves of garlic, minced

1/4 cup olive oil

Cavender’s Greek Seasoning or Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400

Directions:

Spray a 9″x13″ baking dish with nonstick oil spray. Add all of the chicken breast, peppers, onion, and garlic, olive oil and seasoning to the baking dish. Toss until everything is dispersed, mixed and coated evenly with seasoning.

Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160°F. remove from oven and serve hot over rice. Goes great with Steamed Asparagus w/ Butter Drizzle.
