Buffalo Chicken Street Tacos

These Buffalo Chicken Street Tacos are not tacos and they’re not a wrap–but they are SO NOM NOM! These make a delicious addition to your busy day. Eat one, or eat more–they are the right portion to fulfill any size hunger! This is a great way to use leftover chicken strips. Don’t have any? Make them here! #sonomnom4u #buffaloChickenStreetTacos

4 chicken strips, fried and chopped (great way to use leftovers!)

1/2 cup Franks Red Hot

2 stalks celery, diced

3 green onions

1/2 cup pepper jack cheese or gorganzola cheese

Ranch or bleu cheese dressing for dipping (we prefer Litehouse)

8 street Taco size flour tortillas

Chop the cooked chicken strips, toss to coat them with Frank’s Red Hot.

Grab a tortilla and place a spinkle of cheese, a sprinkle of chopped celery, a sprinkle of green onions, and a generous amount of chicken. fold like a taco, secure with toothpick and repeat until all street tacos are made.

Serve on a place with Ranch Dressing.
