Beef Gravy

Never buy beef gravy packets again! Once you learn this super fast technique to make easy home made gravy, you won’t ever buy those salty packets again! #sonomnom4u #beefgravy

2 TBSP butter

4 TBSP flour

3 cups beef broth (+ add any beef juices you have from making a roast, too!)

1 tsp beef bouillon

1 tsp Thyme

1 tsp black pepper

salt to taste

In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour until mixed well. Brown flour until it turns a golden copper color. Wisk in beef broth and any juices you have from making a roast. Wisk until smooth and thickened. Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper. Great when served with Roast Beef and Perfect Mashed Potatoes.
