Tagliatelle aglio e olio

This is a simple dish that is delicious and it goes great with a side of Pan Seared Sea Scallops. Make a date at home with this romantic meal. Don’t forget to add candlelight! #sonomnom4u #Tagliatelleaglioeolio

1 (8.8 oz) package of Dry Tagliatelle

1/2 cup olive oil

1 cup parmesan, grated

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp red pepper flakes

1/4 cup flat italian parsley, chopped

2 TBSP lemon juice, freshly squeezed.

salt to taste

white pepper to taste

Prepare tagliatelle per package directions. Drain, toss in olive oil and set aside.

In a large skillet, add olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour completely drained pasta into the large skillet of seasoned oil. Add cheese, parsley and toss until pasta is evenly coated with all the seasonings. Top with more cheese and serve hot.
