Gorgonzola Cheese Spread

I love taking this as my addition to a gathering. It is a fast and delicious food contribution for any event! Serve this cheese spread in a pretty dish with entertainment crackers or crostini toasts. #sonomnom4u #gorgonzolacheesespread #vegetarian

2 (8 oz) blocks of Neufchatel cheese (near the cream cheese. You can use cream cheese, but this is softer. They taste the same)

4-5 oz gorgonzola cheese, crumbled

1 tsp cracked black pepper

1 tsp salt

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp worcestershire sauce

1 TBSP parsley flakes

2 tsp Onion powder

1 tsp red pepper flakes

Fresh parsely for garnish

crackers or crostini to serve it with

In a stand alone mixer, a food processor or a bowl with a hand mixer, mix everything in a medium bowl until very well blended.

Using a rubber scraper, pour mixture into a decorative crock or bowl with a lid, scraping the sides of the original bowl to get it all out.

Garnish with parsely and serve with crackers or crostini toasts.
